• Comprehensive 90-minute initial visit to establish our relationship and develop a plan of care

• 45-minute individualized prenatal visits

• Nutritional and lifestyle counseling

• Comprehensive childbirth Preparation /review

• Midwife access 24/7 for urgent needs from: 36 weeks to your last visit

• Birth pool

• Home birth support from 37-42 weeks of pregnancy

• Birth assistant

• Continuous care and support during active labor, birth, and the first few hours postpartum

• Assisting in the birth or supporting you/and or your partner in catching your own baby

• Complete assessment of your baby after birth

• Newborn screening tests

• Administration of vitamin k and eye ointment (if desired)

• Regular postpartum care for you and your baby, including 3 home visits and 2 office visits

• Pulse oximetry testing, jaundice checks, and weight assessment for you newborn

• Postpartum education

• Nursing, lactation, and bottle-feeding support

• Vaginal steaming consultation

• Comprehensive postpartum care for client and infant for approximately 8 weeks after birth

These packages do NOT include (unless stated otherwise): Lab work, any referred services (OB visits, acupuncture, chiropractor or ultrasounds), prenatal massage, antibiotics, and Rhogam.
